NEW DELHI, Nov 21: President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the second edition of the Bharatiya Kala Mahotsav, celebrating India’s rich artistic traditions and cultural heritage.

The festival aims to showcase a diverse range of art forms from across the country, bringing together renowned and emerging artists on a single platform. It highlights India’s vibrant traditions through music, dance, theatre, visual arts, and folk expressions.

During the inaugural ceremony, President Murmu emphasized the importance of preserving and promoting India’s cultural legacy while providing wider exposure to traditional art forms. She noted that such festivals strengthen cultural identity and encourage young artists to carry forward India’s artistic heritage.
