New Delhi: Suzlon Group on Wednesday announced the appointment of Rahul Jain as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective December 15, 2025.
Jain brings over two decades of experience in corporate finance, having spent nearly 17 years at SRF Ltd, where he most recently served as Group CFO before his resignation, the company said in a statement.
At SRF, Jain spearheaded major financial transformations, streamlining systems, enhancing technology adoption, and reinforcing financial discipline.
“With his strategic expertise in financial transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising, Rahul will play a crucial role in strengthening Suzlon’s capabilities and building a future-ready conglomerate,” said Girish Tanti, Vice Chairman of Suzlon Group.
Jain’s leadership supported SRF’s organic and inorganic growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing capital allocation. Prior to SRF, he spent a decade at Jubilant Organosys Ltd.
