NEW DELHI, Nov 21: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stated that today’s rapidly changing world demands a reformed United Nations and a modernized international order that is better equipped to address global challenges.

Speaking at a high-level international forum, Rajnath emphasized the need for institutions that reflect contemporary realities, promote peace, security, and equitable development, and ensure that all nations have a voice in global decision-making.

He highlighted that evolving threats, technological advancements, and economic interdependence require a coordinated and responsive global framework. Rajnath underlined India’s commitment to working with international partners to strengthen multilateralism and build a rules-based world order.

The Defence Minister’s remarks drew attention to the importance of adapting global institutions to the demands of the 21st century while ensuring fairness, inclusivity, and collective progress.
