Mumbai: Actor Ranbir Kapoor celebrated his 43rd birthday today, surrounded by love, family, and fans, making the day a heartwarming reminder of his immense popularity.
In the morning, Ranbir surprised fans with a rare video message, expressing gratitude for their unwavering support and blessings. Later, he stepped outside his home to greet the photographers gathered outside.
Videos shared by paparazzi showed Ranbir in a red collared T-shirt and denim jeans, warmly acknowledging everyone with folded hands. He cut a large birthday cake placed outside his residence and even shared slices with those around him. The actor also took selfies with the photographers before heading back inside.
Earlier, his mother, veteran actor Neetu Kapoor, shared a sweet family picture on Instagram featuring Ranbir and Alia Bhatt, writing, “Happy birthday my love. So grateful and blessed to have you.”
Ranbir’s sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, also posted a series of photos to mark the occasion. Among them was a rare childhood picture of Ranbir and Riddhima with their parents, the late Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, accompanied by the caption, “To the rockstar of our family. Happy Birthday Rans. Love you.”
On the professional front, Ranbir will next star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love and War’ alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. He will also portray Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari’s highly anticipated two-part epic ‘Ramayana’. Ranbir was last seen in a cameo in the Netflix series ‘The Ba**ds of Bollywood’*.
