HYDERABAD: Realty firm Anant Raj Limited has announced plans to invest ₹4,500 crore in Andhra Pradesh for the establishment of advanced data centre facilities and an integrated IT park. The investment will be carried out through its wholly owned subsidiary, Anant Raj Cloud Private Limited (ARCPL), under a Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB).
The project will be executed in two phases and is expected to generate nearly 16,000 jobs, including 8,500 direct and 7,500 indirect employment opportunities. The initiative is aimed at strengthening the state’s digital infrastructure and positioning Andhra Pradesh as a hub for cloud services and IT innovation.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Nara Lokesh, Minister for Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Government of Andhra Pradesh, who reaffirmed the state’s commitment to attracting high-value investments in the technology sector.
Anant Raj Limited stated that the project will add to its existing 307 MW of data centre capacity under development across India, further consolidating its role as a leading player in the country’s digital economy.
