Nagrota: Sainik School Nagrota has once again showcased its all-round excellence, securing top honours in both music and sports at national and regional levels.
At the IPSC Band Competition 2025, held on October 16 at The Scindia School, Gwalior, the school’s Pipe Band won the ‘Best Marching Pipe Band Trophy’ among nine participating schools from across India. The band impressed the judges with its precision, synchronization, and musical harmony, earning accolades for its professionalism and discipline.
Adding another feather to its cap, the school’s Basketball Team triumphed at the Doon Cup 2025 Championship on October 18 at Doon International School, Jammu. The team outplayed the hosts in the final with a commanding 45–17 victory, displaying exceptional teamwork and skill. Cadet Deepanshu Kotwal was adjudged the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament for his stellar performance.
Capt (IN) Shibu Devasia, Principal of Sainik School Nagrota, congratulated the cadets and their mentors for the remarkable achievements.
