Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has officially kicked off his hosting duties for the 19th season of reality TV show Bigg Boss.
On Friday, Salman was spotted on the sets of Bigg Boss 19, looking sharp in a black tuxedo.
The theme for this season, “Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar,” introduces a political twist, focusing on contestants’ power struggles and alliances within the house.
Recently, the makers released the show’s teaser, featuring Salman in a Nehru jacket, flanked by black cat commandos—symbolizing the intense power dynamics expected this season.
Speaking about the new twist, Salman said in a press statement, “I have been a part of Bigg Boss for a very long time now, and as we all know, Bigg Boss reinvents the game every year. This time, it’s gharwalo ki sarkar. When too many people start pulling the strings, things are bound to get messy. That’s when the cracks appear, and the house turns into a warzone. After all these years, I can honestly say I’m just as excited as you are to see how it all unfolds.”
Bigg Boss 19 will stream on JioCinema at 9:00 pm and air on COLORS TV at 10:30 pm starting August 24.
