Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan celebrated her 30th birthday on Tuesday.

To mark the special occasion, she performed a puja at home and shared a photo from the ceremony. In the picture, Sara looks elegant in a white kurta-pyjama paired with a pink dupatta, seated peacefully on the floor amid a tranquil, temple-like indoor setting.

Expressing her gratitude, she captioned the post, “Thank you for the wishes #grateful #blessed.”

Earlier in the day, several loved ones took to social media to send her heartfelt birthday wishes.

Kareena Kapoor, who shares a close bond with the ‘Simmba’ actress, wrote, “Happy birthday darling @saraalikhan95. Have the bestest one yet… tons of love.”

Sara’s aunt, Saba Pataudi, posted a collection of photos ranging from Sara’s childhood to recent moments. Referring to her as her “little poser,” Saba wrote:
“Dear Sara, my little poser turns out a star was born. I’ve watched the mischievous munchkin grow into a warm, loyal, kind, talented, hardworking, and stunning woman whom I proudly call my niece. The Leo in you can sometimes frustrate me, but beneath that, there’s an overprotective sister, beautiful daughter, and caring friend I’m privileged to know. I look at you in awe, forgetting I’m actually the older aunt! Love you always and forever. Happiiiiiestttt Birthday Sara bia! @saraalikhan95”

Sara, the daughter of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, made her acting debut in 2018 with Abhishek Kapoor’s film Kedarnath. Since then, she has appeared in films like Simmba, Love Aaj Kal 2, and Coolie No. 1.

Her recent projects include the drama Atrangi Re, romantic comedy Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, historical biopic Ae Watan Mere Watan, and the action drama Sky Force alongside Akshay Kumar.

Most recently, Sara featured in Metro… In Dino, a musical romantic drama directed by Anurag Basu. Released on July 4, the film explores four different love stories spanning various age groups living in a metro city. It serves as a spiritual sequel to Basu’s 2007 film Life in a… Metro.
