Jammu: The Centre has appointed eight IAS officers, including Shah Faesal, as Central Prabhari Officers for Aspirational Blocks in Jammu and Kashmir, along with two IAS officers for Ladakh. Shah Faesal has been assigned to the Aspirational Block in Bandipora.
