Srinagar: A 17-year-old boy was injured on Sunday in a landmine explosion near an Army installation in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.
The victim, identified as Shahid Yousuf, sustained injuries when a landmine planted for the security of the Khundru ammunition depot detonated as he was passing through the area.
He was immediately shifted to a hospital for treatment, officials added.
