The Rajouri Police have taken strict action for violating mandatory tenant verification guidelines issued by the District Magistrate.
Police Station Rajouri received information to the effect that persons namely:-
- Ravinder Kumar S/O Kasturi Lal R/O Jawahar Nagar Rajouri
- Mohf Zuber S/O Mohd Hussain R/O Jawahar Nagar Rajouri
have rented out rooms to persons belonging to outside states without conducting the mandatory tenant verification with the Police Station.
Both these individuals violated the orders issued by the District Magistrate Rajouri. In this regard, Case FIR No’s 591/2025 & 592/2025 have been registered at Police Station Rajouri.
The general public is again advised to strictly adhere to the tenant verification guidelines issued by the DM Rajouri and any non-compliance will invite strict legal action under relevant provisions of law.
