Udhampur: Railway authorities on Sunday suspended train services between the Udhampur and Pathankot sections until further notice due to continuous heavy rainfall and flood-like conditions.
Officials said the decision came after nonstop rain over the past 10 hours made the tracks unsafe for operation.
“This suspension has been implemented to ensure the safety and security of all passengers,” a railway spokesperson added.
