NEW DELHI: TVS Motor Company is looking to strengthen its leadership in the Indian electric two-wheeler segment with the launch of its third EV offering, the TVS Orbiter, company officials said on Thursday.
The new electric scooter has been launched at Rs 99,900 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru), inclusive of the PM e-Drive scheme.
With over six lakh satisfied EV riders and one of the country’s largest sales and service networks, TVS Motor has established itself as the number one EV manufacturer in India, said Aniruddha Haldar, Senior Vice-President and Head of Commuter and EV Business, during the virtual launch of the new model.
“This success extends across our flagship brands like TVS iQube and TVS X…,” he added.
Haldar further emphasized the company’s commitment:

The TVS Orbiter is powered by a 3.1 kWh battery, offering a range of 158 km on a single charge. It comes equipped with features such as cruise control, hill hold assist, 34-litre boot space, and a suite of connected smart features, targeting urban commuters.
