Vodafone Idea 5G Expands to Mysuru and Nagpur: Check Prepaid and Postpaid Plans
Vodafone Idea (Vi) is steadily expanding its 5G network across India, with Mysuru and Nagpur becoming the latest cities to get access this month. While Vi has been slower to roll out 5G compared to rivals Airtel and Jio, the company is now ramping up its efforts to reach more regions.
Vi 5G is already live in key cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, and the operator aims to extend its coverage to 23 cities in the coming months. Users can check availability by selecting their region, though currently only the Mumbai circle is fully active. As per the official website, Vi plans to launch 5G services in Bihar, Delhi, Karnataka, and Punjab by April this year.
Vi 5G Prepaid Plans:
- ₹299: 1GB/day for 28 days
- ₹349: 1.5GB/day for 28 days
- ₹365: 2GB/day for 28 days
- ₹3,599: 2GB/day for 365 days
All these prepaid plans include unlimited 5G data wherever coverage is available.
Vi 5G Postpaid Plans:
- Vi Max 451: ₹451/month with 50GB data
- Vi Max 551: ₹551/month with 90GB data
- Vi Max 751: ₹751/month with 150GB data
- REDX 1201: ₹1,201/month with unlimited data
All postpaid options also offer unlimited 5G data under the current promotional offer.
Vi’s unlimited 5G data offer is available for a limited time. Notably, Vi is currently the only telecom provider in India offering unlimited 5G access on plans with less than 2GB of daily data. In contrast, Airtel and Jio offer unlimited 5G only on plans with 2GB/day or more.
