JAMMU: Lieutenant General P K Mishra, General Officer Commanding (GoC) of the White Knight Corps, visited forward areas along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district, Jammu and Kashmir, on Thursday to review operational preparedness and assess the security situation.
During the visit, he urged troops to maintain a strong defensive stance and strengthen surveillance along the border.
“The GOC White Knight Corps, along with the GOC Ace of Spades Division, visited forward areas of the Krishna Ghati Sector to evaluate the security scenario and review the operational readiness of troops deployed along the LoC,” the Defence PRO said in a post on X.
