Poonch, November 30: In a tragic incident, Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) Talib Hussain, hailing from village Dara in Thannamandi, passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest while on duty at Khari in Poonch district.
Officials said Hussain collapsed during duty hours and despite immediate efforts, could not be revived. His sudden demise has sent shockwaves through his unit and his native village, where he was regarded with respect and affection.
Local residents and colleagues expressed grief over the loss, describing him as a dedicated soldier who served with commitment and honor. Authorities confirmed that necessary formalities are being completed and support will be extended to the bereaved family.
