ADM Jammu reviews arrangements for upcoming JE Recruitment Examination
JAMMU: Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Jammu, Ansuya Jamwal, today chaired a meeting to review and finalise arrangements for the OMR-based written examinations for the posts of Junior Engineer (Electrical) and Junior Engineer (Civil), scheduled to be held on October 25 and November 2, 2025.
During the meeting, the ADM directed all departments to ensure strict compliance with established procedures and examination guidelines to maintain fairness and transparency across all centres. She emphasised the importance of close inter-departmental coordination for logistics, security, and candidate entry management.
Officials were instructed to ensure timely distribution of examination materials, proper invigilation, and the provision of adequate facilities for candidates. Specific responsibilities were assigned to each department, with directions to remain vigilant and proactive to prevent any irregularities or malpractice.
Highlighting the collective responsibility of all stakeholders, ADM Jamwal underscored the need to uphold the integrity of the recruitment process and ensure the smooth and impartial conduct of the examination for thousands of candidates appearing across Jammu district.
The meeting was attended by the Assistant Commissioner Nazool, Nodal Officers from City Colleges, Executive Engineer JPDCL, District Education Planning Officer, and other concerned officers.
