Hyundai Motor India appoints Sunil Moolchandani as National Sales Head
New Delhi: Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) on Thursday announced the appointment of Sunil Moolchandani as Function Head – National Sales.
According to a regulatory filing, Moolchandani earlier served as Chief Commercial Officer (Central Zone) at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd and brings with him over 24 years of experience in the automotive and commercial sectors.
“His appointment underscores HMIL’s continued commitment to strengthening its national sales network and deepening customer engagement across key markets,” the company said in a statement.
HMIL added that under Moolchandani’s leadership, the company aims to further its focus on excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction—the core values that have defined Hyundai’s journey in India.
Moolchandani holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from the University of Pune (1999) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune (1999–2001).
